Logged In Customers Tagged With
Restrict access to customers with specific Shopify tags. Use tags like Trade, VIP, Staff, or any custom tag. Only logged-in customers with a matching tag qualify.
Logged In Customers with Order History
Restrict access based on purchase history. Set a minimum total spend or minimum number of orders. Use for repeat-buyer offers, high-spender exclusives, or past-purchaser bundles.
Customers from Specific Countries
Restrict access by country. Use for compliance, shipping restrictions, or regional product launches. Show or hide products based on where the customer is located.
Loyalty Members
Restrict access to customers enrolled in the Roadmap loyalty program. Use for member-only perks, tier-gated products, or loyalty-exclusive collections.
Non-members
Restrict access for customers who have not joined the loyalty program. Use for signup incentives, pre-membership teasers, or offers designed to drive loyalty enrolment.
Scheduled Start Date and Time
Set a specific date and time for the rule to activate. Products or pages become accessible (or restricted) at the exact moment you choose. No manual switching.
Scheduled End Date
Set an end date for the rule to expire automatically. Access opens or closes when the window ends. Use for timed product drops, campaign pages, or seasonal restrictions.
When Inactive Behaviour
Control what happens when a tag is not active. Choose whether restricted products or pages become visible or stay hidden outside the active window. Prevents accidental exposure.
Draft and Active Status
Keep tags in Draft while testing. Switch to Active only after confirming the rule works for both eligible and ineligible customers. A safety measure for live stores.
Wholesale-only Catalogue
Show trade products only to customers tagged as wholesale. Redirect everyone else to your public store or a wholesale enquiry page. One store, two experiences.
VIP Early Access Drops
Give VIP customers or high spenders early access to new products. Set a start date for VIPs, then remove the restriction when the drop goes public. One tag, one schedule.
Country-based Product Restrictions
Hide products from countries where they cannot be shipped or sold. Redirect blocked visitors to a relevant alternative collection instead of showing them something they cannot buy.
Repeat-buyer Exclusives
